If you are looking to adopt they have a few dogs at one time and they can walk around the store which gives you an opportunity to see their demeanor.
I adopted 2 beautiful dogs and everyone there was wonderful. Great experience!
We have been taking our Ploxer, Arya, to Dogtown twice a week for day care for close to a year. She couldn’t be happier and neither could we! She gets out all of that pent up energy, gets to hang with her “pups” and she is so much more well behaved when she gets that exercise and peer interaction. Our baby girl loves it here and they love her too! ❤️
If I could give no stars I would...first time in the store which was a random visit, the woman in the front was very rude. She never greated me and acted like she could care less if she had possible customers... Needless to say I turned around and walked out...I will never return, nor will i recommand them. Very poor customer service!!!
This place is awful and the review before mine is ironically speaking about jenn... the worker you can see responded to the user pretending she has no idea who was working that day. You would think she would know she’s the blonde woman with the attitude everyone complains about in reviews. If you follow these reviews long enough take note multiple users have mentioned jenn and the issues shes caused with her customers. The issues vary and seem legit. I immediately knew who the other post was referring to since I’ve had nasty run-ins with Jenn as well. The staff is awful (mostly jenn but other staff isn’t much better) place is dirty, and they post fake reviews on their own page. They are dishonest and rude. Save yourself the trouble and find another place for dog sitting and to adopt. This business has awful customer service and shows no sign of putting forth effort to make it better.
