These guys are GREAT!! From the managers (Kyle) to the salesman (Tim) to the finance specialist (Colleen). Truly the best dealership experience I've had. I test drove a Mazda 3 hatchback during my first visit. Tim let me drive it by myself! So I could play with the features and feel out the manual clutch at my own pace without having to worry. I purchased that model for the price I wanted (lowest price of all the local Mazda dealers) two weeks later, and I couldn't be more satisfied. They were very flexible, knowledgeable, and understanding of what I wanted as the buyer. I doubt I will ever have a better car buying experience again, and I would definitely recommend. Keep it up!!
I worked with Dan when purchasing a used vehicle I found on their website. He was very quick to respond to all of my questions and even stuck around so I could make the nearly two hour drive after I was out of work to view the car. I noticed the taillight was cracked and the inspection sticker was almost expired - he spoke to his service department and had both taken care of for me. I would highly recommend this dealership and Dan as well.
I can’t say enough good things about this dealership!! We were all set to buy a Honda Odyssey but after a recall and stop sale on them we decided to look at the Mazda CX-9. Our experience with John, Mike and Colleen was by far the best of any dealership we have ever dealt with. Absolutely no pressure at all, they matched the deal we had with Clinton Honda and they made us feel very at ease with everything. Mike even gave my wife 2 bucks for the vending machine because we only had our debit card with us!!!! The kids played upstairs in the play area while I worked out the numbers. In and out with are Mazda in less then 3 hours!!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone that will listen. We will without a doubt come back to this dealership for all our future car purchases!! Thanks again John, Mike and Colleen for the great experience and our Mazda!! We love it!! I never take the time to write reviews, but these guys earned it for sure. I came across a CX-9 that matched my specs, but it was 4 hours away in PA. I emailed and quickly got a response from Dan Oestreich. He quickly quoted me a price with no games and let me know the vehicle was in mint condition other than a scratch on the quarter panel (that would be fixed). By that night, the deposit was down. Communication was great and we worked out everything on the phone and via email. After the scratch had been fixed, Dan was not happy with the work and had it done again to make sure the paint was blending properly. Brent was also very easy to work with. Pick up was smooth and quick with no unexpected problems. Every dealer should be like this! I would buy from these guys again even with the long distance. 5 stars!
