I decided to approach one of the juniors there and explained to him my situation. He took charge and bothered to actually get me out of a pickle when the others couldn't give a damn. His name is Abdul and should be highly praised for figuring out that the problem was actually that their WIFI wasn't working properly and that was the reason why the software could not communicate with my car and not that my car had a problem communicating with their software. Anyway , bottom line is that the workers who are comfortably settled in their jobs dont care but here's a young mannerly lad, Abdul who was eager to resolve the problem and did just that. I'll give him 6 stars but the guy at the desk , arrogance! He knows who he is.

Come the day of sale, the team was great. My car had heated seats, which they didn't know, but they kept their word on the price. On the day I signed it, there were no hidden extra fees. Jason, the sales manager, was great about explaining everything. Of course, extra protections and packages were offered for purchase, but I was clearly told what they were and the price. No pushy sales pitches.
I'd like to leave a 3 star just because but I can't. I called ahead of making a 30 mile journey in a AAA truck with a car that needed the key programmed to my vehicle. I was told , no problem . Then when i arrived the software couldn't communicate with my engine and the management were very quick to fault the car for the problem . Think of it , I'm another 30miles away from home stranded and they are suggesting that I come back another day so that one of their technicians can take a deeper look into it.
I've never been to such a friendly and respecting dealership before. I went there to lease a new Jetta. The first time I went, the salesman, Joe, was really kind and accommodating. He let me have a really comprehensive test drive, and he was quiet and didn't try to sell me the car as I drove it. Back at the dealership, nobody treated me as if I'm already buying the car or like I'm a terrible person for not buying it.
Plus, my trade-in was in terrible shape but they still worked with me on it.
